2. Personal data we collect

Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, we collect your first name, last name, email address, and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically. When you browse the site, our analytics tools may collect technical information such as your device and browser type, pages viewed, time spent, referring website, and approximate (city-level) location. This is collected through cookies and similar identifiers, and only with your consent.

3. How we use your personal data

We use your personal data to: respond to your enquiries and provide customer support; understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it; and comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Legal basis for processing

Under the PDPA, we rely on the following legal bases: your consent (for analytics cookies and for contacting you in response to your enquiry); and our legitimate interest in operating, securing, and improving our website. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time (see Section 8).

5. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand website traffic. Google Analytics sets cookies that help us measure how the site is used. These analytics cookies are only loaded after you accept them via our cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set.

6. Disclosure to third parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process data on our behalf: Google LLC (website analytics) and Web3Forms (processing contact form submissions and delivering them to us by email).

These providers may store or process data on servers located outside Thailand. Where personal data is transferred abroad, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives an adequate level of protection as required by the PDPA.

7. Data retention

We keep contact form submissions only as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, after which they are deleted. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings.

8. Your rights under the PDPA

Subject to the conditions of the PDPA, you have the right to: access and obtain a copy of your personal data; request correction of inaccurate data; request erasure or restriction of processing; object to processing; request data portability; and withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@proghurt.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) in Thailand if you believe your rights have been violated.

9. Data security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

10. Children

Our website is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without appropriate parental consent. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
